Meagan L. Grega, MD, FACLM, DipABLM, DipABFM
Meagan L. Grega, MD, FACLM, DipABLM, DipABFM is the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Kellyn Foundation (www.kellyn.org), a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to making the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice. Through the “Healthy Neighborhood Immersion Strategy”, Kellyn provides school-based healthy lifestyle education and “Garden as a Classroom” programs; supports access to nutrient-dense produce via the Eat Real Food Mobile Market; engages participants in hands-on, plant-based cooking classes in community settings and offers intensive therapeutic lifestyle change interventions for families, employers and community groups. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Bucknell University with a B.S. in Biochemistry/Cell Biology and earned her MD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School.
Dr. Grega spent several years as a medical officer in the United States Navy and is currently the Managing Director of Llantrisant Retreat and Wellness Center (www.llantrisantretreat.com). She is honored to serve as faculty for the St. Luke’s University Health Network Anderson Campus Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency programs, Clinical Assistant Professor for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and as the faculty advisor for the LKSOM/SLUHN medical student Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group. She frequently lectures on the topics of Lifestyle Medicine and local food systems/food access, serves as a member of several national task force groups dedicated to the expansion of evidence-based lifestyle medicine services and is the current conference chair for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine Annual Meeting. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, serves on the governing Board of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and is board certified in both Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine.

David Bowman, MD, DipABLM
Dr. David Bowman is a lifestyle medicine physician and pediatrician. The Indianapolis native attended Howard University for undergrad and Indiana University for medical school. After residency at Children's National in DC, the initial part of his career focused on global health and HIV, and he worked in Botswana, Nigeria and Haiti. Dr. Bowman joined the faculty in the department of pediatrics at Howard in 2017. He was elected to the Board of Directors of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) in 2021 and is the co-chair of the Health Equity Achieved by Lifestyle (HEAL) Initiative with ACLM. After his own health transformation using lifestyle medicine and his faith, he has been passionate and innovative in empowering health care providers, patients, churches, and the general public about the power of applying the pillars of lifestyle medicine in their lives to revolutionize their health. He and his wife, Keisha, started Lifestyle Med Revolution to transform health using nutrition, physical activity, spirituality, and group support. They live in Maryland with their 11 year old daughter.

The Morris Cardiovascular and Risk Reduction Center, which he founded, has the first Medical Fitness Program of its kind which reverses heart disease and diabetes using the emerging practice of Lifestyle Medicine.

Melissa Sundermann, DO, FACLM, DipABLM
Dr. Melissa Sundermann is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine and has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. She also has training in Integrative Medicine through the University of Michigan and has completed a Professional Training Program in Mind Body Medicine through the Center for Mind Body Medicine based in Washington, DC. She strongly believes in fostering a partnership with her patients and helping to guide them towards a healing pathway through self-care utilizing the pillars Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Sundermann is also known as “Doctor Outdoors” and is the Founding Chair of the Nature as Medicine sub-committee for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr. Sundermann currently specializes in Longevity and Lifestyle Medicine with Lifespan Medicine. Prior to this role, she practiced Lifestyle Medicine at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort in Lenox, MA and Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, MI. In addition to her clinical roles, she is the co-founder of REVIVE! Lifestyle Medicine Well-Being Coaching and creates educational content for several health and well-being organizations. She does her best to practice what she preaches and enjoys running, biking, hiking, skiing and spending time outdoors. She is a 11x Boston Marathon finisher, 3x Full Ironman Triathlon finisher and currently training for several upcoming Ultramarathons. After spending the first half of his career working as a physical therapist and personal trainer, he was hired to be the onsite corporate wellness coach for employees at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. There he developed a passion for positive psychology, motivation, and behavior change.
He often refers to himself as an Optimism and Mental Wellness Coach because he believes that our ability to cultivate optimism and positivity is the most important skill connected to mental and emotional wellness. Through his Youtube channel and ebook “A Happy Mind”, he hopes to help others to transform their stress, depression, and anxiety into joy, happiness, and peace. His mission as a coach is to help make the world a healthier and happier place.

Dr. Andrew Goodbred is a Family Physician, practicing in Easton, PA as part of St. Luke’s University Health Network. A Diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Goodbred also serves as Program Director of St. Luke’s Family Medicine Residency – Anderson Campus, an implementation site of the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum. After his undergraduate studies at Moravian College and medical school at Temple, Dr. Goodbred completed his residency training at St. Luke’s Family Medicine Residency – Bethlehem Campus, where he was a core faculty member until the Anderson Campus program opened in 2019. In addition to his clinical and administrative roles he serves as Team and School District Physician for Palmerton Area School District. Dr. Goodbred is also licensed as a Ringside Physician for the State of Pennsylvania, allowing him to serve as physician for combat sport events. He enjoys marrying his love of sports to the practice of Lifestyle Medicine in these athletic roles. Dr. Goodbred lives in Palmerton, PA with his wife and three young sons, and enjoys outdoor activities, playing and coaching sports, reading, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Connor Moriarty, MA, LPC
Connor is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He earned a dual master’s degree from Arcadia University in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and Counseling Psychology with a certification in Trauma and Recovery.
While his work is grounded in validated theories and techniques, Connor is also creative, continuously developing his capacity for meeting client needs with innovative strategies. Connor feels most at peace in the great outdoors. He is most drawn to water and trees, particularly places where there are both! Connor is a certified ACA level 1 kayak and stand up paddle board instructor.
Since integrating CliftonStrengths into his work, Connor’s approach has become even more unique and effective. With a focus on behavioral and organizational sustainability, the Reset Outdoors Ascent program is the first strengths-and-nature based team conditioning program in the United States.

Raelah Miller, MPH, BSN, RN, CHWC, DipACLM
Raelah works as a Clinical Health Coach RN for Populytics of Lehigh Valley Health Network supporting employees and patients in making lifestyle behavior changes to support their overall health and chronic disease management. In previous roles, she has worked as a community health nurse on various initiatives and as a PACU nurse. In addition to being a certified health and wellness coach, she is a RN, has a background in public health nutrition, and is board certified in lifestyle medicine by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Raelah follows a plant-based eating pattern herself and has been enjoying introducing plant-based meals to her 1 and a half year old son. She enjoys learning how to garden, annual family beach trips to Cape May and being outside, taking walks with her dog and Peloton classes.

Dr. Andrew Smith is the Chief Scientific Officer at Rodale Institute and oversees the research program and facilitates the integration of research with the farm operations, education, and consulting departments. This includes work at the ~400-acre main campus in Kutztown, PA but also Regional Resource Centers in the Pocono Mountains, Georgia, Iowa, California, Washington, and Parma, Italy. Part of this work includes a human health initiative aimed at linking how we grow food and soil health to human health by measuring how soil health indicators relate to changes in crop nutritional profiles and how our food system impacts human health. Andrew has over twenty-five years of experience working in the organic industry and on sustainable agriculture as an agronomist, researcher, and farmer. He spent two years in the Peace Corps in Guatemala helping small vegetable farms reduce pesticide use and adopt integrated pest management. He received his Master’s in Entomology at University of Maryland working on corn pest management and a PhD in Molecular Ecology from Drexel University. He has managed his own organic farm with his wife for over 20 years now, with 10 of those years managing the farm full time. As an organic farmer and applied agroecologist he comes face to face with the realities of farming within planetary boundaries while producing nutritious food to feed a growing population.

He completed his internal medicine residency and sleep medicine fellowship at St. Luke’s University Health Network. His passion is to help people live their best lives by helping them sleep better. His specialty area of focus is in the treatment of insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, and obstructive sleep apnea. He lives in the Lehigh Valley area and enjoys playing basketball and tennis.
